• Unique Login ID and password will be given to access the Online courses
• Week wise Lessons can be displayed for your effective learning
• Every week, Lessons consist of Day-wise Lessons, content and Quality Multimedia Videos can be viewed at your own pace in any time of the day 24 x 7
• There will be periodical assessment on regular intervals - either daily or weekly to access your learning
• Any doubts can be raised in the Discussion Forum and regular Doubt clarifying webinars based on discussion forum questions
• You need to secure minimum 65% marks on all of the assessments to complete the course and obtain the digital certificate
• Weekly lesson contents will be displayed periodically after every week for your effective learning
• The E-learning portal will be active for 3 months after completion of your actual course duration as a grace period for you to learn the skillsets and attend the test more effectively.
• Beyond course duration and grace period of 3 months, you can access only your Certificate, Payment details, admission Form.

Invoice with tax for Indian Customers:

For Indian Customers, the Course Fee inclusive of 18% GST. The GST Invoice details can be accessed in your elearning Portal Login for the period of Five Years. All theses GST bills are B2C based. If the payment is being sponsored by your company, please do inform us the Company GST details and we will raise the Invoice on B2B basis. 

Invoice for International Customers:

There is no GST applicable as Export Invoice for International customers (as end consumption of elearning courses at foreign countries other than India) based on their address and you can make the payment on Euro, GBP and USD currencies.  

Certificate :

The Digital Certificate will be awarded on the successful completion of courses after completing all the assessment with minimum 65% grade. The Digital certificate will be available for the period of 5 years in your portal login and the same can be downloaded any time.

3. How to get Certification for a course?
At the end of each course, student has to attend the online test to qualify for the certification. Minimum 65% marks is required for getting the certificate. If the student gets less than 65%, then he needs to attend the test again and once when he scores above 65%, certificate will be provided.
 
4. How to post the queries in the discussion forum?
Each Lesson and Topics, there is option to add comment like “ Add your comment here… This will be addressed by our Technical team Periodically.
 
5. What are the pc requirements?
Standard desktop computer, laptop, mobile, tablet is sufficient for most of the courses. For the courses, which requires software to be downloaded and used for practice, you need Windows 10 PC or laptop with 8GB RAM.
 
6. Do we need to stick to fixed timings every day?
No. You can login and study as per your convenient timings every day.
 
7. Do we need internet connection and how much speed/data required?
Yes, internet connection is required. Normal speed is sufficient and very less data will be required as you will be only viewing the course content, materials, and videos. Downloads are generally not required.

9. How to access the Course Contents?
