1. Student eligibility

• Available only to currently enrolled students at recognised educational institutions.
• A valid student ID or enrolment proof must show the student's name, institution, programme and current validity.
• Verification must be completed within two weeks of payment.
• LEARNEW may request additional information.

2. Subscription activation and validity

• The 12-month subscription begins on the payment date, not the first login or course use.
• Delayed use does not extend validity.

Example: Payment on 10 September 2026 means the subscription runs from 10 September 2026 to 9 September 2027.

3. Named-user access

• Each subscription is for one named student and cannot be shared, transferred or resold.
• Unauthorised sharing may result in suspension or deactivation without refund.

4. Subscription entitlements

• SKILL STARTER: One eligible course.
• CAREER BUILDER: Four eligible courses.
• INDUSTRY READY: All eligible courses in the applicable LEARNEW portfolio.
• Course availability, language and assessment requirements may vary. Course changes may be restricted after activation.

5. Payment and verification

Payment may be made directly through UPI:

Verify that the recipient name is Kriatec Services Private Limited.

You may be asked to provide your name, registered email, mobile number, institution, plan, payment date, UPI reference, payment proof and student ID.

• Payments and student eligibility are verified manually.
• Screenshots alone do not confirm payment.
• Failed, reversed or pending transactions are not completed payments.
• Access begins only after successful verification.

6. Plan upgrades

Permitted upgrades:

• Essential to Standard
• Essential to Ultimate
• Standard to Ultimate

• Upgrades are processed manually.
• The applicable price difference, including GST, must be paid and verified.
• A maximum of two upgrades is allowed per subscription period.
• Upgrades do not change the original start or expiry date.

Downgrades are not permitted, and no refund, credit or extension will be provided.

7. Working professionals

Student pricing is only for eligible students. A working professional who purchases a Student Subscription must pay the difference to the applicable Working Professional Subscription.

• The balance must be paid within the period specified by LEARNEW.
• Access may be restricted until payment is verified.
• Conversion will retain the original start date and will not create a new 12-month period.
• No refund or extension will be provided for prior access.
• Failure to pay may result in deactivation without refund.

8. Certification

• Certification requires completion of applicable lessons, assignments and assessments.
• AICTE-evaluated certification applies only to designated courses and programme requirements.
• Payment alone does not qualify for certification.
• Certificates use the learner's registered name.

9. Renewal

• Automatic renewal is disabled.
• The subscription ends on its expiry date unless manually renewed.
• Renewals require fresh payment and confirmation.
• Multi-year or continuous subscriptions must be arranged manually, and future pricing may change.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after activation or access, except where required by law or approved in writing.

Non-use, delayed use, incomplete courses, cancellation or incorrect plan selection do not automatically qualify for a refund or extension. Refund decisions are subject to review by Kriatec Services Private Limited.

11. Acceptable use

• Materials are for the registered learner's personal use only.
• Content must not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold or used for unauthorised commercial training.
• Accounts may be suspended for false information, sharing, copyright violations or misuse.

12. Technical requirements

Students are responsible for a suitable device and internet connection. Interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond reasonable control normally do not qualify for refunds or extensions.

13. Learning and career outcomes

Courses support skill development and career preparation but do not guarantee internships, placements, employment, promotions, admissions, salary increases or other outcomes.

14. Acceptance

By paying, the student confirms that the plan, eligibility, access, validity, upgrade, renewal, refund and usage terms have been reviewed and accepted, and that all submitted information is accurate.

• Available to employed professionals, consultants, entrepreneurs, faculty members and other eligible adult learners seeking technical or professional development.
• Learners must provide accurate personal, professional, contact and billing information.
• LEARNEW may request identity or professional information for verification, certification or account security.

3. Named-user access

• Login credentials must not be shared with colleagues, employees or other individuals.
• Unauthorised sharing may result in suspension or deactivation without refund.

4. Subscription entitlements

• Essential: One eligible course.
• Standard: Four eligible courses.
• Ultimate: All eligible courses in the applicable LEARNEW portfolio.
• Course availability, language and assessment requirements may vary.
• Course changes may be restricted after activation.

Edgecam course condition

• Edgecam-related courses are not included in the Essential Working Professional Subscription.
• Learners interested in Edgecam courses must select the Standard Subscription, Ultimate Subscription or an applicable separately offered course option.

7. Purchase under the student category

Working professionals must purchase the applicable Working Professional Subscription. Student pricing is available only to eligible students currently studying at recognised educational institutions.

If a working professional purchases a Student Subscription by mistake, unknowingly or by selecting the wrong category:

• The learner must pay the difference between the Student Subscription and the applicable Working Professional Subscription.
• The balance must be paid within the period specified by LEARNEW.
• Access may be restricted or deactivated until the balance payment is verified.
• After verification, the subscription will be converted manually to the corresponding Working Professional Subscription.
• Conversion will retain the original payment and subscription start date.
• Conversion will not create a new 12-month subscription period.
• No refund or validity extension will be provided for access already used.
• Failure to pay the applicable difference may result in deactivation without refund.

• An individual subscription cannot be shared among employees or team members.
• Organisations requiring access for multiple employees should contact LEARNEW for a Corporate Subscription.
• Accounts may be suspended for false information, sharing, copyright violations or misuse.

12. Technical requirements

Learners are responsible for maintaining a suitable device and internet connection. Interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond reasonable control normally do not qualify for refunds or validity extensions.

13. Professional application and safety

• LEARNEW courses are intended to improve technical understanding and professional capability.
• Products, materials, machinery, standards, customer requirements and regulations may vary between industries.
• Learners must evaluate whether a concept is suitable for their organisation, product, machine or process.
• Learners must follow their organisation's approved procedures, machine manuals, safety requirements, customer specifications and applicable industry standards.
• LEARNEW and Kriatec Services Private Limited are not responsible for unauthorised or inappropriate implementation of course concepts.

14. Learning and career outcomes

Courses support technical upskilling and professional development but do not guarantee employment, promotions, salary increases, business success, placements or other career outcomes.

Career benefits depend on the learner's experience, performance, application of knowledge and available organisational opportunities.

15. Acceptance

By paying, the working professional confirms that the plan, access, validity, course eligibility, upgrade, renewal, refund and usage terms have been reviewed and accepted, and that all submitted information is accurate.
